Reata Pass

Reata Pass is only a couple of miles from my house so I run up there whenever I’m in need of a photo of the day. My hope is that this section along Alma School won’t suffer the same fate as the Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse where the majority of old buildings are. That area has been slated for development 🙁

Saint Basil’s Cathedral

I think Saint Basil’s Cathedral must be the most colorful structure of its kind in the world. I went on a 16 day trip to Russia in the early 80s with a friend and although I was a novice photographer at the time, I did manage to get a few images worthy of framing. Slides from that trip and many more are still in boxes. This one was recently scanned by Scan Cafe.
