This was my second time visiting the Red Mountain Mining Camp. I decided to shoot infrared. I added a little diffuse glow to the image to soften it. Looks like winter!

Red Mountain Mining Camp
My Oct 3rd blog post incorrectly identified this area as Red Mountain Ghost Town. Although this area was part of the Red Mountain Mining complex, it is actually an abandoned mining camp that was inhabited up until the early 70s. The camp is located just off the road at Red Mountain Pass above Ouray. To give the image an aged feel, I added 3 textures.
