I literally jumped out of a vehicle and quickly snapped this shot on two separate occasions. I was on Steward duty both times so photography wasn’t a priority but how could I pass this up?! It was overcast both times so I decided to create an artistic version. I softened all the edges and made all the fruit and rust a little redder than it actually was.
Cloride, Arizona has a really fun barbed wire fence at the edge of town. Intertwined in the wire are
pots, pans, broken bottle necks and every rusty thing you could imagine. We could have stayed all day!
Someone’s target practice becomes my yard art and now a photo target for me!
This morning I noticed interesting shadows and found the scary owl face below.
This old Ford pickup truck sits right around the corner from the mailboxes. Lighting was very harsh with the sun overhead so I used Photomatix to even out highlights and shadows.
