Slow shutter speed and deliberate camera movement of Prickly Pear Cactus and a Mesquite tree.
I’m thinking about fall colors today and the late day sun makes this look kind of like a fall scene.

Marianne,
Always a joy looking at your stuff. How you maintain your enthusiasm with a pic a day is amazing. My brain would be dry by now. Also saw your blog sites as forwarded by Chick. Again, how you can get all that time is also amazing. But we all profit from it, so thanks.
Thanks Noel! The answer is that I really don’t have the time 🙂
I’ve just learned to speed read the topics in the blogs and only stop when something really grabs me. I’m a very early riser so my blog time is first thing in the morning.
I really love this cactus and mesquite tree, Marianne. I’m a big fan of the intentional camera movement photos, and the colors in this one make it particularly eye catching. I really like the strong silhouette of the mesquite tree surrounded by all that movement.
Thanks CJ!
