I received an email last night saying photographer friend, John Sparbel died yesterday. It’s a shock. I was told he recently had heart surgery which surprised many of who didn’t even know he was ill. He wasn’t much older than me.
Everyone who knew John remembers him as an excellent photographer but also as an extremely active, positive person who was always smiling. John and his wife Connie have traveled the world for many years and during the last couple of years have worked hard on putting their travels into books.
