As it turned out, that coloration identifies the female of the species. Today, I&#8217;m posting a shot of the male <strong><a title=\"Pine White - male\" href=\"http:\/\/www.butterfliesandmoths.org\/species\/Neophasia-menapia\" target=\"_blank\">Pine White<\/a><\/strong>.
