I haven&#8217;t played in Photoshop for awhile so here is a creation resulting from multiple filters. The two filters that contributed most to this look are <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.topazlabs.com\/detail\/\" target=\"_blank\">Topaz Detail<\/a><\/strong> (Lithograph) and <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.redfieldplugins.com\/filterFractalius.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Redfield Fractalius<\/a><\/strong>.
