Although I did get some photos of flowers, my prize captures yesterday were a couple of butterflies and a gorgeous red beetle! At upper left is a <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.arizonensis.org\/sycamore\/nature\/invertebrates\/leptotes_marina.html\" target=\"_blank\">Marine Blue Butterfly<\/a><\/strong>. Lower left is a <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.butterfliesandmoths.org\/species\/Apodemia-mormo\" target=\"_blank\">Mormon Metalmark Butterfly<\/a><\/strong>. It took a lot of googling to ID the beetle but I finally found that it&#8217;s a <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/fireflyforest.net\/firefly\/2008\/04\/20\/bloody-net-winged-beetle-lycus-sanguineus\/\" target=\"_blank\">Bloody Net-Winged Beetle<\/a><\/strong>.
